I am born and bred on the San Francisco
Peninsula and feel very fortunate to call the Bay
Area my home. I obtained my real estate broker's
license in 1990 after graduating from the University
of Southern California with a degree in real estate
finance. Shortly thereafter, I attended the University
of Southern California Law Center, earned a law
degree and passed the California bar exam. I am
currently a licensed attorney specializing in real
estate.
Since starting at Coldwell Banker,
I have received the designation of being in the
company's International President's Circle for 2003.
I am also an Accredited
Buyer's Representative (ABR) and an Accredited
Staging Professional (ASP). I have listed or
sold properties ranging from million dollar homes
in Saratoga to mid-size ranch homes in Sunnyvale
to small condo/townhouses in Mountain View and Blossom
Valley. Whether you are buying your first home,
moving up to a new home or are a seasoned real estate
investor, I know I can help you get the best deal
or the most money for your home.
Thus, I believe that I am able to
provide a unique level of service to my clients
that few other Realtors can match. I use the latest
in technology to help find my clients the best home
or get them the highest possible price. My philisophy
is not simply to get a deal done so that I can get
a commission but rather I strive to do such a good
job for my clients that they will never consider
doing anything else in real estate without me.
